Expanding the boundaries of matchmaking with a powerful community engagement platform

It all always starts with conversations with our customers. This story is no different. Our terrific customers asked us to build a feature that will allow them to perform matching inside of events. During the development… we understood the larger potential of this feature for Communities.

We asked ourselves, could we use this feature to not only create events but also to create permanent groups and communities? What if our clients could create custom topics and start a permanent and ongoing community with matchmaking built-in?

Yes we know, there are already community and messaging platforms like Slack and  WhatsApp... But are there community matchmaking platforms? We realized it is very difficult for most communities to connect their members simply by using chat groups, directories, video conferences, or messengers. It is overwhelming and discouraging in most cases for members, it is very much needed to have a community platform that allows matchmaking people. 

Matchmaking is about connecting people, putting them closer and making it easier for them to engage and collaborate. That is why we created a new matchmaking community platform. It is intended for all matchmakers, membership organizations and communities to help them to connect their members with most precision. And we added two-level of matchmaking to it. Custom topics are only the tip of the matchmaking iceberg. Under the hood, we are using smart tools to help the members of your communities find a really perfect match.
