The Casting guarantees a minimum 3 introductions per quarter (OR 12 per year) from Kerensa's own 'black book' of very special contacts - all of whom are themselves exceptional candidates. You will see photos as part of the selection process. Her contacts are also able to spread the search which is in their interest as they’ll be candidates to match for other searches. Confidentiality is never compromised.

The Casting allows for quick results so you don’t pay a large upfront fee and this is reflected in a success fee element. If you have success, a finder's fee is based on the next quarterly fee due. For instance, if you find someone in the first quarter, you’ll pay the second payment as a finder's fee. If you find someone in the final quarter, no success fee is expected though always gratefully received! There is also flexibility round busy work schedules or relationships. ‘Success’ is defined as any relationship sustaining 6 months plus.

If necessary, Kerensa can create volume by advertising in appropriate publications. Advertisements will be direct; they say for whom you’re searching and elements of the person we’re conducting The Casting for.
