Until recently, the SmartMatchApp CRM was based on simple, desktop-first Web technology. Technology has changed dramatically over the past few years, and we knew it was time for us to upgrade to the latest and greatest Single-Page, Progressive Web Application technology, or PWA.

We can’t even count how many times our customers have asked us. “Can I download the SmartMatchApp app from GooglePlay or the Apple Store?” And we had to answer - No you can't, but our development team is working on it. PWA technology gave us the option to create a mobile-first application that does not have to be downloaded from an app store. PWA is completely mobile-friendly at its core and provides an excellent user experience on all devices and browsers.

Creating a mobile app was on the schedule for more than a year. Our development team found many options, but after testing, found them to be too complicated, not user-friendly and/or too costly. After months of research and testing, our development and management team found  Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology as the best, simple, fast and extremely flexible solution to upgrade our Member Portal Member Access interface.
