Our matchmaking software client interface is available in several languages

For the first couple of years we were in business, 99% of our customers were English-speaking, and based in the United States and Canada.

But as time has passed, we proudly serve many customers all over the world, creating the necessity to offer translation of client-facing interface in any language. Now that we’ve developed this feature the sky's the limit. We are pleased to announce that German and Dutch translations have already been released and you can contact us to request to add your language to the list. 

English is the language of international communication. But sometimes English is not enough. For SmartMatchApp customers it is important to communicate in the native language of their clients. Because we have clients from all over the world, it was only a matter of time before we needed to develop a way to improve the communication of our customers with their clients. After the deployment of the Profile Update Wizard in March 2021, the next logical development was client interface translation. 

We noticed that the client interface was inconsistent - the fields were in German, for example but the navigation was in English. So we solved that issue by translating the Profile Wizard client interface. Then we looked around and realized that we could do even more to enhance the user experience and create a feature that will offer our customers the option to change the language everywhere in the client interface. 

And now that feature exists and you can translate your client interface in any language!

The setting is clear and easy to understand. In the Agency settings section you will find an additional setting, “Language.” When you change the language there, all information in your client's interface (ex. links, buttons, comments etc.) will be in the chosen language.
