View Your Clients Last Login Date in the Member Portal!

We are thrilled to announce a small enhancement to SmartMatchApp that brings added convenience and insight to your matchmaking journey. You can now easily view your clients last login date directly within the Member Portal!

Here’s how to do it

Simply navigate to the Clients section in SmartMatchApp
Click Actions
Select and click Add View Columns
From the Data Source, select Client Basic Info
Under Attribute, scroll down and click Last Login
Click Save

SmartMatchApp Profile Update Requests Now Limits up to 10 Photos

Previously, clients could upload an unlimited number of photos when requesting profile updates, which sometimes resulted in oversharing and privacy concerns. With this new limit, clients can now select up to 10 photos to include with their profile updates, ensuring a more streamlined and focused representation of themselves.

This update aims to strike a balance between providing clients with the opportunity to showcase themselves effectively while also safeguarding their privacy. By limiting the number of photos, we empower clients to curate their profiles more thoughtfully, leading to better matches and improved overall user experience.

Re-Arrange Checklist Groups Order in Tasks

With this latest update, you now have the freedom to organize checklist groups within tasks according to your preferences. Whether you want to prioritize certain groups, group related tasks together, or simply maintain a more organized workflow, this feature empowers you to tailor your task lists to suit your unique needs.

Here's how it works:

Navigate to the task containing checklist groups that you wish to re-arrange.
Click on the Edit option for the task.
Locate the checklist groups section and use the drag-and-drop functionality to reorder them as desired.
Save your changes, and your checklist groups will now appear in the updated order within the task.

Introducing the New Member Portal Layout

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing user experience and aligning with our revamped Introduction and Client Profile layouts, we've completely redesigned the Member Portal to offer you an even more intuitive and seamless experience.

Mobile Responsiveness: The new layout is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to access your Member Portal on the go with ease. Whether you're using a smartphone or tablet, you'll enjoy a responsive and engaging experience tailored to your device.
