Use your unique dropbox address to send a copy of your outbound messages into the matchmaking CRM SmartMatchApp.

How it works:

1. BCC your outgoing emails with a unique dropbox address

2. Use your dropbox address accounturl@in.smartmatchapp.com 

  • Dropbox address is case sensitive
  • "accounturl" means the URL before smartmatchapp.com in your URL login link. (Ex: accounturl.smartmatchapp.com)

3. To view all the BCCed emails in your clients’ matchmaking Activities, go to the client’s profile and click Activities > BCC'd Email.
